The 35 year old New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution of Brattleboro, Vermont is probably the world's most respected, longest lived grassroots group fighting nuclear power. Many of the group's legal challenges to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission are the first such legal interventions by any group, anywhere.
